Anthony Shafer has Twenty years of active Real Estate Financing, Investing, and Institutional Banking experience and is a US Army Airborne Veteran. An expert in Commercial Real Estate, structured finance, business strategy, underwriting, equities, derivatives, and the creation of financial instruments, Anthony started his banking career in 2008 with Bank of America, moved to Citibank where he was recruited by Signature Bank (SBNY: NASDAQ) as a member of a Private Client Group. Mr. Shafer's loan originations eclipsed $800 Million before joining Icon Realty Capital as a Principal of the firm.
