$225 million construction loan secured for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Boca Raton

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Boca Raton, developed by Penn-Florida Companies, received a $225 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital which will be used to finish building the 12-story, 89-unit luxury condo development. Located at 105 East Camino Real, the project will be the third and final tower of Via Mizner, a 2 million square foot mixeduse “urban resort” community in the heart of Boca Raton.

With expected completion and delivery in late 2021, construction is already underway at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Boca Raton along with the adjoining 164-key Mandarin Oriental hotel. The buildings will be connected via a two-story underground parking garage. The Boca Raton address will be the iconic hospitality brand’s second property in Florida, the first is located in Miami. The hotel group is a recognized leader in worldwide luxury accommodations.
