The Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Boca Raton, developed by Penn-Florida Companies, received a $225 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital which will be used to finish building the 12-story, 89-unit luxury condo development. Located at 105 East Camino Real, the project will be the third and final tower of Via Mizner, a 2 million square foot mixeduse “urban resort” community in the heart of Boca Raton.
With expected completion and delivery in late 2021, construction is already underway at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Boca Raton along with the adjoining 164-key Mandarin Oriental hotel. The buildings will be connected via a two-story underground parking garage. The Boca Raton address will be the iconic hospitality brand’s second property in Florida, the first is located in Miami. The hotel group is a recognized leader in worldwide luxury accommodations.
The epitome of luxury design and sophistication, each residence at The Mandarin Oriental Boca Raton is tastefully appointed with expansive floor plans and living areas, private elevator foyers, Smart Home automated technology, and sweeping ocean, golf course, and city views. Condo owners at this landmark address will have access to the hotel amenities – which include two rooftop pools, fine dining restaurants and bars, spa, and state-of-the-art fitness center – and receive membership to the Via Mizner Golf & City Club, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
Just steps from the property is Mizner Park, a premier destination in South Florida with spectacular dining, venues, retail, state-of-the-art amphitheater and concert green and The Boca Raton Museum of Art.
